No prior experience needed. Batch 1 (6:30 AM) is designed for complete beginners. Just a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a quiet space at home. Prachie will guide you from the very basics, step by step.

How is this different from YouTube yoga videos?

This is 100% live and monitored — not a recording. Prachie can see you, correct your form in real time, give personal feedback, and ensure you’re practicing safely and effectively. No YouTube video can do any of this.

Which batch should I choose?

Choose Batch 1 (6:30 AM) if you’re a beginner wanting flexibility, stress relief and a yoga foundation. Choose Batch 2 (8:00 AM) if you want to focus on weight loss, hormonal balance, PCOS management or improving stamina.

What equipment do I need at home?

A yoga mat, comfortable workout clothes, and a device with a camera (phone, tablet or laptop) for Zoom. A quiet space to move freely. No special equipment required — just your body and commitment.

What happens after I register?

Are sessions recorded if I miss one?

We strongly encourage attending live for the full monitored experience. Recordings may be available for 24 hours. However, recordings don’t include the live personal corrections from Prachie that make this workshop so effective.
