I am a Certified Weight Loss Coach and an Internationally Certified Yoga Expert. As a Registered Dietitian of India, I believe that Hormonal Balance and Women’s Wellness can be achieved naturally with Yogic Practices , Good Nutrition and Simple Lifestyle changes.

I’m deeply passionate about Feminine Fitness and I truly believe that Good Health is always the first priority — before work, family or anything else. My approach is warm, realistic and designed to fit your actual life, not an ideal one.

What types of yoga batches does Pink Wellness offer?

We offer two specialised programs for women:
Restorative & Healing Yoga Batch and Weight Loss & Healing Yoga Batch.

Are the classes live or recorded?

Morning batches are live and monitored, while evening batches are monitored replay sessions.

How many batches are available?

There are four batches daily – 2 morning live monitored batches and 2 evening monitored replay batches.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our classes are beginner-friendly, with step-by-step guidance and easy modifications.

I haven’t exercised in years. Can I still join?

Absolutely. The program is designed for women restarting their fitness journey gently and safely.

Is there an age limit to join?

No. Women of all age groups can join, as practices are customised to individual capacity.

Can women with PCOS or hormonal imbalance join?

Yes. Our yoga programs are especially designed to support PCOS, thyroid, insulin resistance, and hormonal imbalance.

Will these classes help with weight loss?

Yes. The Weight Loss & Healing Yoga Batch focuses on fat loss while supporting hormonal and metabolic health.

Do you provide diet guidance?

Yes. We offer diet guidance for healing and weight loss to complement your yoga practice.

What if I miss a live class?

You can attend the monitored replay batch, so you never miss your practice.

Are replay classes monitored?

Yes. Replay batches are also monitored, and guidance is provided.

Will I get personal attention in online classes?

Yes. All batches are monitored, and participants receive guidance and corrections.

What equipment do I need?

Just a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a stable internet connection.

Can I switch between batches?

Yes, batch switching is allowed with prior notice, subject to availability.
